My Journey

I completed my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at McGill University while working as a personal trainer. That experience and training taught me the importance of taking care of your physical body to ensure optimal health and wellness.

I then earned two Master’s degrees in the psychology of exercise and performance, where I focused on teaching mental skills to athletes to help them achieve their sport performance and life goals. I have also completed additional training as a life coach through Integral Coaching Canada, so that I can help people understand themselves better beyond their performance in their chosen domain.

As a result of my education and training, I approach clients from a holistic perspective, always considering both physical and mental health when seeking to improve their lives.

My Approach

I am a certified life coach with a background in sport and performance psychology who helps high-performing professionals build sustainable work–life balance without sacrificing ambition. Drawing on principles from elite sport, I translate performance science into practical coaching tools that help people manage competing priorities, strengthen resilience, and continue progressing in their careers without burning out.

I am currently working toward my International Coaching Federation credential and have applied to the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario to expand the range of people I can support.

I know what it’s like to have many competing priorities where there doesn’t seem like enough time in the day to get them all done.

I am an ambitious person who likes to tackle multiple projects and accomplish challenging goals. I regularly juggle my coaching business, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training, writing about boxing, and nurturing relationships with friends and family. So I know that life can be a lot. But I can help you better manage your time so that you are accomplishing your goals without sacrificing your health and well-being!

You are in the right place because…
